Pawperfect Cattery

At the time of delivery, seller will provide buyer a certificate of Health by a certified veterinarian to include proof of shots up -to-date. Cats/kittens purchased as household pets will receive a slip to register your cat/kitten with CFA.If purchased with breeding rights seller cannot guarantee purchased cat will  be a proven breeder.Seller does not guarantee eye color,coat color,coat length ,coat pattern,size,weight,behavioral issues,or personality of cat/kitten.Buyer agrees to keep the cat/kitten indoors and to contact seller if can no longer keep  it in an effort to find it a suitable home. All shipping costs are the buyer's responsability.If  ownership changes with seller's permission, purchaser will inform new owner of the agreements in this contract and the new owner will be expected to honor same terms and conditions.Buyer agrees never to declaw their cat/kitten.Purchaser agrees to care for this cat/kitten by providing proper nutrition ,normal  vaccines by a licensed veterinarian, and if necessary, prompt medical attention.All kittens are sold fully potty trained by the time they leave my home. Pawperfect Cattery is not responsible for any  issues dealing with adjustment to a new home. Seller is fully aware that changing the food and litter the kitten was raised with can have unpleasant affects if not done properly! Pawperfect Cattery is not responsible for any damage the kitten may do to personal property.We do not use FIP shot--my vet does not recommend  this and if given after purchase of said kitten the health contract will be void.Seller gives buyer  three business days from the date of delivery to get cat/kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian.If the veterinarian determines the the cat/kitten was unfit for purchase at time of sale due to a congenital  or hereditary disorder that adversely affects the health of the kitten the seller will exchange the kitten with another kitten of the same value. If this should occur , let it be known that all vet bills  and shipping costs aquired by the buyer are the buyer's responsability. Any fees that are inquired for legal issues  are solely the buyers responsability.

Seller guarantee's against upper respiratory infection,worms,fungus,and earmites for 48 hours after delivery.Seller warrants that this cat/kitten is presented in sound health. Seller guarantees the general health of this cat/kitten for a period of 1 year after purchase against hereditary or congenital problems ,on condition that it is properly cared for and quarantined. After this period all sales are final.There will be no refunds. By signing below I agree to this contract.
